Adding a little more to the piece today. My 105 year old Mother-in-law has it right, "One foot in front of the other", gets  anything worth doing, done. 

I wish I had known years ago that the work that I do today is just one moment in a history of progression. Always changing and growing. To stay stagnant, because it is comfortable, holds me back from becoming myself. I want to do the work that is fresh and creates the space for the next "new step" in my growth.
