Three Sweet Pets

 So, my other project is doing pet portraits. I love animals, more than people :). Each one is so different and asks to be drawn a different way. Each one has a different personality. Each one is a fresh new energy! I will never tire of doing these sweet angels. Okay, enough!! 

I started by laying each one out. Since they all three belong to the same family I want there to be some connections, so the background, where they are cropped, and size are the connections. 

I am still working on Stevie.

These are the layouts. I draw them freehand from the photos I get from their owners. It is my choice to do that because I always have and like the challenge.
