A Special Moment

This commissioned portrait was a very special one. I am grateful for the opportunity to share this piece. Drawing people brings a very different energy than a landscape, a pet portrait, a still life, or even an abstract with no intention. I don't know if the energy comes from myself or the subject but it is always very different.
